When using the online services of a bank nowadays customers are still often forced to visit bank's offices from time to time. UBS recognized this problem and has set itself the target to enable its customers to have the best user experience via e-banking. From transactions and payments, to key club points, UBS e-banking for 2020 brings new experience in a world of fin-tech insudtry. Our design team was tasked to design and develop the interaction concept, as well as page layouts.
