Using excel sheets and updating lists and times can be tiring. Managers need an intuitive way to schedule employees and advise them of changes in real-time.

Humanity simplifies day-to-day employee management processes. With Humanity, any organization can easily and accurately create error-free, dynamic schedules for staff by location, department, position, and/or skills—with real-time availability conflict checking.

Availability module

​

Availability is an important module of the Humanity platform. I was tasked with proof of concept for complete redesign of user flow - setting availability, by date, time and location. Iterative process took three months to develop testable InVision prototype for weekly and monthly view of employee's availability.
